One click lists every file that is at least 100 MB and has not been modified in a year or more, biggest first, with a running total of how much you would get back. It is scoped to the folder you have in view, so you can narrow it down by drilling in.
This is usually where the forgotten installers, old renders, stale game builds, and backups you meant to clear turn up.
